All fees are due before delivery of the selected offering. We accept major payment methods as described on our site.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellation requests submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled date qualify for a full refund. For requests made between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled date, a 50% refund applies. Requests under 24 hours before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional fee.

4.2 Info Products

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no digital content has been downloaded or accessed. After this period or once any content is accessed, subscriptions are final and no refund will be granted.

4.3 Goods

Refund requests for goods must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition. A processing fee of 15% applies to all approved requests. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the payment method used at purchase.

5. Changes to Terms

Numeryxa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on numeryxa.com. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Numeryxa and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or special outcomes arising from use of our offerings.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to conflict of law principles.
